My Mexican KeyLime Tree

This one is super old. I grew this tree from the seed. Granny brought me some limes from her lime tree in Mexico (which were delicious btw) but unfortunately it hasn't ever bared flowers... Womp womp.

I've recently added fertilizer, feed, and compost. Hopefully that helps.

Ohh yeah, see that little red spot on the right side of the tree? Grandma's myth is that if you tie red ribbon on it, it also helps it give lots of limes. She always asked me if I did it, and since I kept saying 'No' She brought me some red fabric herself, and cut it for me so I can hurry up and tie them to it. So I did. Just to make her happy, and because SHE believes it. We well see!

That Mexican KeyLime tree freeze

I am very concerned for my Mexican KeyLime tree. This winter storm that lasted 1 wk was really harsh on my citrus trees. They're all too...
